Woman Shattered After Shein Jeans Made Her Look Like Penguin Flippers

Melanie Wilmoth wanted to go with the trend and have one pair of scrunched jeans for herself. Upon its arrival from Shein, it looked more like penguin flippers than a trendy piece of cloth of the 70s. 

Online shopping might be convenient in other cases, but when it comes to buying clothes, you can never be assured to get the perfect cloth. Although looking at the model, it appears to be a great fit, but it’s always tough to presume how it’d look on you. Plus, there are several doubts pertaining to buying it online, whether it’s the perfect fit, the shape of cloth, or if the color is exactly the same as you saw it in the pictures, it’s all frustrating. The same applies to purchasing jeans, the fit, length, waist size, determining it all is always a daunting task.

In addition, people are now going back to the seventies fashion where floral patterns and flared jeans were in the trend. So, Melanie Wilmoth, a personal trainer thought of getting 70s-style jeans for her. And in the end, she learned the hard way that cloth, as well as online clothes shopping, isn’t her thing. She shared her pictures of what she expected and what she actually got on her TikTok (@melaniewilmoth3) and it’s absolutely hilarious. Even after putting it up to the fullest, she had enough of it left to actually be an alternative for her flippers. Well, it might be a great thing for scuba divers. 

She had ordered a pair of scrunched-up flared blue jeans from the online retailer, Shein, but after the arrival, she learned that it wasn’t bunched together as she had expected. In fact, its length was too much. She compared herself wearing the same jeans with the pictures on the Shein website and the final difference is so easy to notice. She shared the video clip with the caption, “Shein, count your days!” and her video was inundated with more than a million views in a little time. 

It was nothing like the trend that she wished to follow as she was definitely not ready for the penguin flippers’ arrival. It was indeed so funny, but several people indicated that it was her mistake because there was nothing wrong with the flared jeans. A user wrote: "Girl pull the pants up and it'll literally be the picture..." The second person said that stacked pants are supposed to be this way, so Melanie should pull it all up in order to be scrunched. They also added: “There's literally a visual for how to wear these pants so how are you getting it wrong." Another user was genuinely curious to know why Melanie had to pick these jeans only out of all the pants. So, she was already wrong while considering it to be a perfect choice. 

In a follow-up video, she followed what people said and pulled up the jeans completely. However, she finally realized that it wasn’t actually the style she’d prefer.
